About us
Stardalen Hyttegrend is the perfect getaway for those seeking an authentic Norwegian experience in the midst of beautiful and rugged nature. Surrounded by mountains, glaciers, and fjords, our 10 large cabins provide a comfortable base for exploring the stunning Western Norwegian landscape.

Each cabin is equipped with a full kitchen, including a dishwasher, as well as a cozy fireplace and a TV in the living room. You'll also find a washing machine in the bathroom and free wifi throughout the property. With ample parking available, you can easily explore the area by car or on foot.

Our reception is located at Stardalen Sommarkafe, just 500 meters before you reach the cabins. Here you'll find friendly staff who can provide you with information about the local area and help you plan your adventures.

Stardalen is known as the village beneath the glacier, and for good reason. The area is home to a number of stunning glaciers, including the popular Haugabreen. Whether you're an experienced hiker or just looking for a leisurely stroll, there are plenty of trails to choose from. You'll also find opportunities for fishing, kayaking, and other outdoor activities.
